3-1-15 SERMON׃ “The Sermon Jesus Never Preached“ HD

A powerful message looking at things the Lord din't say by looking carefully at the things He did say! This will challenge folks who want to believe that they can act any way they think they can, even if it is completely contrary to the example set forth by the Lord, and call their actions godly or holy. We must preach and believe what Jesus preached and not allow ourselves to be put off of the Gospel by preaching that does not even remotely resemble the message preached by the Lord!

WE CANNOT CONTINUE TO IGNORE GOD WITHOUT CONSEQUENCES

BISHOP MACK E. INGRAM IN HIS SERMON COMING FROM THE BOOK OF AMOS 4: 1 - 12 STATES THAT MEN OF GOD MUST ACKNOWLEDGE THEIR CALLING IN TIMES LIKE THESE; THAT WILL PROCLAIM THE UNADULTERATED TRUTH OF GOD.

"Dad, sometimes I just want to ask God some questions…."

The Daily Pulse (Monday, March 16, 2015): And he said: “Truly I tell you, unless you change and become like little children, you will never enter the kingdom of heaven." Matthew 18:3 (NIV)

Pride: "I'm the most humble person ever!"

The Daily Pulse (Sunday, March 15, 2015): (Now Moses was a very humble man, more humble than anyone else on the face of the earth.) Numbers 12:3 (NIV)

You can't see God, maybe His shadow, pt. 2?

The Daily Pulse (Saturday, March 14, 2015): And my God will meet all your needs according to the riches of his glory in Christ Jesus. Philippians 4:19 (NIV)

Life is Tare-ible, Part 2 of 2

3-12-15 (THURS) MESSAGE׃ “You Shall Receive Power!"

The ONE Church conducts Thursday Evening Evangelistic Services at 7:30pm. Tonight Pastor Charles preached on the nature and purpose of the power of the Holy Ghost in our lives. The Lord promised we would receive power, but just what purpose is that power meant to serve?

You can't see God, maybe His shadow, pt. 1?

The Daily Pulse (Friday, March 13, 2015): However, as it is written: “What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived”— the things God has prepared for those who love Him. 1 Corinthians 2:9 (NIV)

Is God harsh?

The Daily Pulse (Thursday, March 12, 2015): Then Moses raised his arm and struck the rock twice with his staff. Water gushed out, and the community and their livestock drank. But the Lord said to Moses and Aaron, “Because you did not trust in me enough to honor me as holy in the sight of the Israelites, you will not bring this community into the land I give them.” Numbers 20:11-12 (NIV)

A riveting prophecy

The Daily Pulse (Wednesday, March 11, 2015): “I see him, but not now; I behold him, but not near. A star will come out of Jacob; a scepter will rise out of Israel. He will crush the foreheads of Moab, the skulls of all the people of Sheth. Numbers 24:17 (NIV)

Lessons from the Parable of the Growing Seed, pt. 3

The Daily Pulse (Tuesday, March 10, 2015): "As soon as the grain is ripe, he puts the sickle to it, because the harvest has come.” Mark 4:29 (NIV)

I Have a Dream?

Southside Baptist Church
Sunday. March 8, 2015 - Evening Service
Genesis 37

Summary: Joseph and his brothers have a difficult relationship. When Joseph begins to have dreams about his eventual rise, his brothers plot his death. As we look at the story of Joseph, we consider how our actions have consequences, and also the destructive potential that comes with trying to use God's gifts outside of God's will and plan.

Journey to the Cross: Clean Hands and Empty Hearts

Southside Baptist Church

1 Samuel 2:1-11

And Hannah prayed, and said, My heart rejoiceth in the LORD, mine horn is exalted in the LORD: my mouth is enlarged over mine enemies; because I rejoice in thy salvation. 2 There is none holy as the LORD: for there is none beside thee: neither is there any rock like our God. 3 Talk no more so exceeding proudly; let not arrogancy come out of your mouth: for the LORD is a God of knowledge, and by him actions are weighed. 4 The bows of the mighty men are broken, and they that stumbled are girded with strength. 5 They that were full have hired out themselves for bread; and they that were hungry ceased: so that the barren hath born seven; and she that hath many children is waxed feeble. 6 The LORD killeth, and maketh alive: he bringeth down to the grave, and bringeth up. 7 The LORD maketh poor, and maketh rich: he bringeth low, and lifteth up. 8 He raiseth up the poor out of the dust, and lifteth up the beggar from the dunghill, to set them among princes, and to make them inherit the throne of glory: for the pillars of the earth are the LORD'S, and he hath set the world upon them.

Philippians 2:1-4

If there be therefore any consolation in Christ, if any comfort of love, if any fellowship of the Spirit, if any bowels and mercies, 2 Fulfil ye my joy, that ye be likeminded, having the same love, being of one accord, of one mind. 3 Let nothing be done through strife or vainglory; but in lowliness of mind let each esteem other better than themselves. 4 Look not every man on his own things, but every man also on the things of others.

Philippians, BFTBC, D. A. Waite, Collingswood, Bible For Today, King James, KJB, Daniel S. Waite, consolation, comfort of love, fellowship of the Spirit, bowels and mercies, likeminded, one accord, one mind, strife, vainglory, lowliness of mind, things of others
