This society that we are living in
Of different folks and strokes all going in different directions
In the darkness so many they stumble along
Blinded from the Light they can't see they're going wrong
Big fine homes, fancy cars, fancy clothes, and hollywood stars
Still others are poor they carry so many wounds and scars
From the hurts and pains this world has put them through
When will they open up their eyes and their hearts to the truth
That they all need Jesus only He can change their lives

Not just for some but my friend for everyone
Counselor's, doctor's, program's, pills, and drugs
They're searching in all the wrong places trying to cover up
