We want to be kind and calm but things upset us and make us angry. Then it is hard to express the beautiful Christian principles when we are angry and upset. Learn the art of sitting still so you can keep God in mind and experience His grace. Taking this out into the world you will be pre-armed with patience. Then when life's issues come along and people are mean or confusing, you will meet the moment with patience.
