Nyasha Junior, assistant professor of Hebrew Bible/Old Testament at the Howard University School of Divinity, discusses the Biblical text Malachi 3:1-4, featured in the ON Scripture The Bible article, "Who Was He? Malachi 3:1-4."
The fuzzy minds of modern religious thought seems paralyzed with twisted fantasies of FREEDOM from God's commands instead of FREEDOM TO OBEY God's even harder and higher demands of Jesus Christ! Listen Jesus did not lower the bar, He raised it. Men are not naturally good people and please God, BUT ARE SLAVES OF SIN, THE DELUSIONAL LIES OF SATAN AND BENT ON REBELLION AGAINST GOD. Jesus Christ did not die on the cross for Christians to disregard HIS WILL, but to cut the bondage of selfish disobedience [sin], and emblazon their hearts to crave the crazy, extreme holy life, of abandonment to His KINGDOM.
"Fear of the Lord is the foundation of true wisdom. All who obey his commandments will grow in wisdom." Psalms 111:10 (NLT) Fear drives people to do what is right until they change their minds and desire to do what is right.

This is a “Teach-A-Preach” delivered under the Devine influenced of the Holy Ghost through Pastor AaronOuellette. Just like the Menorah’s six other stems branch off from the center stem; more doors are unlocked to us if we recognize the correct keys in our life that open them. These Spiritually rich doors are opened to us once we have the Master Key, a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

Church of the Messiah Church of the Messiah - 10 years celebration in our building. We are a people who believe God has a purpose for our lives way beyond what we could accomplish on our own, We are a community experiencing the miracles of Jesus Christ as we live and learn His Word. We have come to understand that absolute truth is in Jesus and He wants us to grow and bloom in totally trusting on Him. We have come to undersatnd that the voices of this world are screaming at us to trust in its ways but that true peace and happiness comes through trusting only in Him. We beleive the church is one family and that when one of it's members suffers we all suffer and when on of it's members rejoices, we all rejoice. That we should bear each others burdens as well and victories. We invite you to join us Sundays at 9am for Bible Study and 10am for Worship and teachings.
